Two frameworks and a hook swipe file you can use today.

While the full drop is loading, here's the checklist, the framework, and the hook reference PDF I run every client through before we touch a content calendar.

Framework 01

The Social Media Audit Checklist

Run through this before you plan a single post. If you can't tick most of these, that's where the growth is stuck — not in posting more.

Profile & Positioning

  • Bio states who you help and the result you get them — not just a job title
  • Link in bio points to one clear next step, not a generic homepage
  • Profile photo/logo is legible as a thumbnail at 32px
  • Highlights or pinned posts lead with proof, not just aesthetics

Content

  • You can name your 3-5 content pillars without checking a doc
  • Every post ties back to one of those pillars — no orphan content
  • At least one recurring format your audience recognizes on sight
  • Hooks are written for the first 3 seconds, not the whole caption

Engagement

  • You reply to comments within the first hour of posting
  • DMs from real prospects get a human response, not a bot sequence
  • You're commenting on 5-10 other accounts in your niche daily

Analytics

  • You track saves and shares, not just likes
  • You know which single post drove the most profile visits last month
  • You can name what you stopped doing because the data said to
Framework 02

The Content Pillars Framework

Most brands pick pillars based on what's easy to shoot. That's backwards. Here's the order I actually use.

1. Start from the business outcome, not the content idea

Don't ask "what should I post about?" Ask "what does someone need to believe before they buy?" Each pillar should map to a belief you need to build.

2. Pick 3-5 pillars, no more

More than five and you dilute the algorithm's ability to learn who you're for. Fewer than three and you'll run out of angles by week three.

3. Give each pillar a job

One pillar builds trust (proof, results, case studies). One builds relatability (behind-the-scenes, opinions). One builds authority (frameworks, teardowns). Don't let all your content do the same job.

4. Audit quarterly, not never

A pillar that stops getting saves or DMs isn't a content problem — it's a signal the belief behind it no longer needs building. Retire it and replace it.

Framework 03

10 Proven Content Hooks: Types & Uses

A print-ready reference of the exact hook formulas I use across Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and UGC ads — each one with examples and where it works best.
